10 Year Aluminum Material Limited Warranty

High Velocity warrants its aluminum material components to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover claims to painted surfaces or damages originated from hail, flood, fire, harmful chemicals and fumes, misuse, abuse and accidental causes, acts of God or causes beyond control of the manufacturer. The warranty covers the cost of the aluminum material only and does not include the labor to remove and install the new material. This warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser and is not transferable.

5 Year Motor Limited Warranty

High Velocity warrants the electrical motors to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation. The warranty covers the cost of the motor only and does not include the labor cost to replace and install the new motor. This limited warranty specifically applies to motors that prove defective in normal use. This warranty is void if any part or parts have been exposed to water, liquids of any kind, power surges, acts of God or abnormal conditions.

1 Year Electronic Component Limited Warranty

High Velocity warrants the electronic components such as switches, transmitters and receivers to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of one (1) year from date of installation. The warranty covers the cost of the electronic component only and does not include the labor cost to replace and install the new component. Warranty is void if electronic component is exposed to water, liquids of any kind, power surges, acts of God or abnormal conditions.

1 Year Product Installation Limited Warranty

High Velocity warrants all products, components and materials against defects in materials, installation and/or workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of one (1) year from date of installation without charge for repairs and/or replacement including parts and labor of items found to be defective. This warranty extends only to conditions arising due to defects in work performed by us and does not extend to damages caused by acts of God, structural defects, building settlement or movement, fire, vandalism, negligence other than our own, prior existing construction defects, abuse, improper maintenance, misuse, alteration, or any other cause not controlled by us.

All High Velocity Limited Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are not transferable. Warranty covers the cost of the component and does not cover the labor required to troubleshoot, remove and replace the specific component. The foregoing warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties of quality, whether written, oral or implied.
