Engineered for the toughest conditions, our accordion shutters are certified for Enhanced Hurricane Protection Areas (EHPA) and meet Florida State Statutes for essential facilities like hospitals, hurricane shelters, and emergency management centers.
With Miami-Dade NOA certification, they are designed to withstand allowable design pressures of +/- 140 PSF at spans up to 144 inches tall with unlimited width, ensuring unmatched durability and protection.

Accordion Technology
Our blades are made from top quality .062-inch thick 6063 T6 extruded aluminum, providing unmatched durability against hurricane-force winds. The patent- pending center hollow design of the blades allows the accordion to hang perfectly balanced and symmetrical across the entire span of top and bottom tracks.
Our proprietary design dual axis wheel carriage is manufactured with high impact glass-filled nylon and stainless steel fasteners. The Nylon 66 bushings provide outstanding wear resistance and low frictional properties. Combined, these engineered components allow for smooth, easy movement of accordion shutters along their tracks.
Made from .125″ thick 6063 T52 aluminum with a center track wheel bushing groove, our symmetrical system allows for effortless movement of accordion center gravity blades. The duo-track design allows for simple track leveling and proper drainage of rainwater. Our complete track system is designed to allow custom bending for radius curve installations following the exact perimeter of your balcony.
We engineered an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene chain guide system with a self- lubricating, corrosion-resistant chain to ensure years of continuous operation. Powered by our proprietary high-torque vertical tubular motor, the system delivers effortless deployment at the push of a button. A quick-release chain allows for manual operation during power outages—so you’re always protected.
