Category 5® Roll Shutter Technology

Somfy Motors

High Velocity™ uses the quietest, state-of-the-art and U.L. recognized motor available from Somfy. Motors are fully contained within the shutter reel and incorporate a thermal- overload protection device. Somfy motors are permanently lubricated and sealed for years of trouble-free service. Optional built-in manual override ensures total control over your roll shutter, even in cases of power outages.

Roll Shutter Slat

Our proprietary design Double Wall Slats are comprised from .05-inch thick T6 6063 aluminum and can withstand industry leading wind pressures of 60PSF across a 26- foot span. We engineered a slight curvature in our slat allowing for a tight roll-up of the shutter.
